KYC Terms & Conditions

Overview
In this document:
• The words "we", "us", or "Premiro.com" refer to PT. Premiro Digital Insurance Broker as the owner and manager of the Premiro.com platform, which provides digital insurance broker services.
• The words "you", "your", or "user" refer to any individual or entity that accesses, creates an account, or uses the services available on Premiro.com.
By continuing the account creation and identity verification process, you declare that you understand and agree to these definitions along with all applicable provisions below

1. Introduction
   By creating an account and completing the identity verification process (Know Your Customer/KYC) on our platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions listed below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not continue the registration process.
2. Definitions 
   • Platform: Website and/or application owned by Premiro.com.
   • User: Individual or legal entity who creates an account and uses our services.
   • KYC (Know Your Customer): Procedure for identifying and verifying user identity in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Required Information
   Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information for registration and KYC processes, including but not limited to:
   • Full name according to official identity
   • Population Identification Number (NIK) or passport (for foreign nationals)
   • Date of birth
   • Residential address
   • Employment information
   • Supporting documents (e-KTP, NPWP, or other documents as needed)
4. Data Use Consent
   You hereby grant us permission to:
   • Collect, store, use, and process your personal data for the purposes of identity verification and compliance with laws and regulations.
   • Share your data with third parties who work with us (e.g. e-KYC service providers) to the extent necessary for the purposes of identity verification and provision of insurance services.
5. Security and Confidentiality
   We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal information. However, you are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All activities that occur through your account are your sole responsibility.
6. Account Abuse and Suspension
   We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if there are indications of:
   • Submission of false or misleading information
   • Suspicious or illegal activity
   • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   We reserve the right to change the contents of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our platform. Your continued use of the service is deemed to be a form of agreement to such changes.
8. Applicable Law
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through the applicable legal channels in our jurisdiction.
